Depending on the type of product, your order will be shipped either by Hermes or DHL. There is no limit to the number of items you can order, but we only charge shipping costs once per order.
If your order reaches a minimum value of 50€, shipping within Germany will be free of charge. For orders under 50€, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.99€.
During the ordering process, you have the option of specifying a different delivery address. For example, you can have the order sent directly to another person or to your workplace.
The production time for each product can be found in the product description. Please note that production time may vary from product to product. Please also allow for a shipping time of 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.

Easy Returns: How It Works with Us!
If you have purchased printed items such as original paintings, canvas, posters, limited prints or acrylics from us in the online shop, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason according to the right of withdrawal.
To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period and let us know that you want to return your order. Please also provide the order number and the items you want to return. We will then assign you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and give you further instructions for returning the item.
Please note that hand-painted reproductions are specially made for you and cannot be returned. These products are unique and individually tailored to your wishes. If there are any difficulties with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work together to find a solution.
You are responsible for the return of printed items and bear the cost of returning them. We recommend that you return the items in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during transport. Once we have received your return and it has been checked, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned items.

Right of withdrawal
The following regulations regarding the right of withdrawal apply exclusively to consumers.
Withdrawal instruction / right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of them.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Albina Vogel, Marienstr. 29, 94469 Deggendorf, Tel.: +4917699098284 and E-Mail: store@eugendick.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also fill in and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website www.foto.kronger.de/wiederruf.html. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Special notes The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
